Current Parents

Welcome to a new year at Redeemer Classical School. As a parent of an RCS student you are automatically an honorary member of the Parents’ Association! The goals of our group are to meet the practical needs of our faculty and staff, and to foster a feeling of family among all of us.

Assisting with the practical needs of RCS might take the form of helping with lunch and recess duty, grounds maintenance workdays, or volunteering to plan and carryout fundraising and special events. It is a beautiful thing how God has composed the body of Christ, each of us having unique talents and gifts. My hope for the Parents' Association is for each of us to use our God-given gifts to further and benefit our children's education.

To meet our second goal as stated above, we plan to provide some fun family activities throughout the year — nothing too major, but opportunities to get to know each other a little bit better. See below for a list of a few things we have on the schedule for this year (and let me know if you’d like to take charge of any of these events).

September 19th -- Family Camping Trip
October 3rd -- Family Movie Night
December 6th -- Mother/Daughter Christmas Brunch
February 21st -- Community Open House
March 13th -- Family Movie Night
Spring 2009 -- Father/Son Baseball Game
